It was another busy Friday morning here at Pellon Tyres in Halifax, West Yorkshire — the kind of day when the coffee pot never cools down and the ramps are full before nine o’clock!

One of the first cars to roll into the workshop was a Nissan Qashqai booked in for a free tyre check. The customer, a regular from nearby Sowerby Bridge, mentioned that the car felt a bit off when cornering.
