Pellon Tyres and Coronavirus

So as many people now know, we here at Pellon Tyres are on the list of essential services. Of course, to remain open during this crisis. Extremely important that any of our valuable customers must please adhere to our strict policy. Consequently, outlined below which we have been advised by health and safety COVID-19.

Firstly, stay in your car while job is being done if at all possible

Our aim is to keep our customers and employees safe at Pellon Tyres. So, to do so we have introduced a procedure for all our customers to follow. We have limited spaced seating in our reception! So if there is no room you must stay in your car. While your tyres are being changed or punctures repaired. You can then call reception and pay with your card over the phone.

We have also marked the reception floor for “Social Distancing” so please keep to these distances for all our safety.

If required we can email you your invoice. So no need to get out of your car. Importantly, we feel this is an excellent procedure to keep our customers and staff safe. All you need to do is call us to organise this on 01422351314.

Message to out tyre and battery delivery drivers

No customers or delivery drivers are allowed to enter the premises. Of course they should keep to the 6 foot spacing rules. Including all our own staff who must keep at least 6 feet apart and  away from each other at all times.

At Pellon Tyres our focus is on the health and safety of our customers and employees. For all our safety, our depot is cleaned and sanitised daily and we have implemented additional safety practices to minimise health risks when visiting Pellon Tyres. Including wiping such things as all worktops and in the car the steering wheel. hand brakes, door handles and gear sticks.

We must fight this together!

Of course, with the ongoing Corona virus developments. So, we will continue to evaluate our policies and procedures. Stringently adjusting them as needed. Of course, in order to ensure the safety of all those who do business with us.
