Consequently, then it is most people who drive and own their own car. Of course, that will  know that their tyres are one of the most important parts. Especially regarding important points about of your car’s regular maintenance. Important to realise, that your tyres have to take the all the weight of your car. They will last you about three years, good value I think?.

Make sure your tyres are the correct ones for your vehicle. Replacing your old ones with the same size and type, you may use different makes  if required, but the safest scenario is to replace yours  with exactly the same as you have removed.

Check your tyre pressures at regular intervals. they will be in the handbook of your car. Especially if you are fully loading your car.Thus, the pressures can alter dramatically when the car is loaded.

Make sure your tyres tread are on the legal limits: The legal limit requires a tread depth at 1.6 mm. As a reult, all the way around the circumference of the tyre for ¾ of the width of the tread.

Check the side walls for bulges, and the tread for tears or rips in a tyre, these can be illegal and unsafe to drive. Look out for unusual tyre wear at the edges this could be a steering misalignment or some other defect to the cars steering parts. If you have any such problems please have your car checked immediately at a garage or by a professional mechanic.

Check the age of your tyres or let an expert check this for you. Tyres deteriorate if they are over six years old and because they are a natural product and will start to crack in the bead area.
